Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Louis University. She went on to her Master of Science in Nursing, Women’s Health, with the University of Cincinnati. She is experienced in Acute Care Labor and Delivery and was most recently from North Suburban Medical Center. She advocates for safe and healthy pregnancies and childbirth for every mother. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, running, and traveling.

What makes Colorado home to you?

Being outdoors all year long-hiking, skiing, and trail running.

What are your passions outside of work?

Spending time with my family and baking.

Why did you become an OB/GYN?

I choose to become a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to be able to care for women at all stage of their life. Prenatal care is vital but so is contraception, hormone replacement, and treating various infections. I’m lucky to see such a range of patients.

What in your career are you most proud?

I’m most proud of creating a welcoming environment for my patients.

What is the most important part of your job?

The most important part of my job is making women feel comfortable when they walk into the exam room. They should never be afraid to ask any type of question about their body.
