Casondra Rankin FNP-C

Born in Durango, CO and raised in the Four Corners area. I moved here as a traveling ER nurse 6 years ago. I have loved raising my boys here and enjoying everything Denver has to offer. From 5k runs to concerts at Red Rocks, we never seem to run out of adventures. You can’t beat those scenic mountain views!

What makes Colorado home to you?

All the incredible friends and colleagues that have provided endless opportunities for adventures and learning.

What are your passions outside of work?

Family, Music, Hockey- Go AVS!!, traveling, Skydiving and anything outdoors!

Why did you choose to become a Family Nurse Practitioner?

After years as an Emergency Room nurse, where care is driven by diagnoses, I wanted to become part of treating patients as a whole person and working with them to establish goals and reach them together. I love building that trust and helping patients feel their best.

What in your career are you most proud?

I am proud to serve the community in which I live.

What is the most important part of your job?

Understanding patients and their expectations for their own wellbeing. Through shared decision making, I help patients reach those goals and achieve their vision of optimal health and wellness.

Are you accepting new patients?
